The power and intimacy of our own presence transcends the turbulence within us and around us. This event is designed to engage with a deepening of presence in a changing world, and offers ways to strengthen resilience and equilibrium.
With support from some profound insights of J. Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Thomas Merton and other sage sources, we'll also explore the following questions:
Can we be aware of inner or outer turbulence without being reactive?
How can we be receptive to a higher quality of energy in the midst of accelerating and turbulent change?
What role does forgiveness, gratitude and humility play in understanding ourselves and the world as it is?
This event is designed for a small group so that everyone who wishes to share insights or ask a question can do so.
A recording will be available to all who register, so if you cannot attend on January 19, you'll be able to watch the recording. Let's start the year with the vitality of our own presence and explore the art of the possible.
If you'd like to meet in the spirit of meditative inquiry and engage with the gentle grace of a deeper presence within yourself, these one-to-one meetings can be grounding and helpful. It's all about easing into a peaceful mind and heart, no matter what the outer circumstances happen to be. The one-hour online sessions are offered to you by donation.

The Approach: These meetings take the form of self-inquiry in which your own questions and concerns are front and center. The aim is to bring about a deeper awareness in a kind and caring way, and then from that quiet meditative awareness, which is without judgment, blame or confusion, old patterns begin to dissolve in the light of self-understanding.
Bring your questions or concerns, and a willingness to relax, renew and engage with a new way of living.
If you are currently in therapy, it is recommended that you first consult with your therapist about complementing your healing work with Peaceful Mind and Heart sessions.
