It's all about easing into a peaceful mind and heart, no matter what the outer circumstances happen to be. The one-hour online sessions are offered to you by donation.

The Approach: These meetings take the form of self-inquiry in which your own questions and concerns are front and center. The aim is to bring about a deeper awareness in a kind and caring way, and then from that quiet meditative awareness, which is without judgment, blame or confusion, old patterns begin to dissolve in the light of self-understanding.
Bring your questions or concerns, and a willingness to relax, renew and engage with a new way of living.
If you are currently in therapy, it is recommended that you first consult with your therapist about complementing your healing work with Peaceful Mind and Heart sessions.
