These private meetings can help reduce stress, bring about more clarity of mind and open the heart with compassion,
which includes compassion for oneself.
The Approach: These meetings take the form of self-inquiry in which your own questions and concerns are front and center. The aim is to bring about a deeper awareness in a kind and caring way, and then from that quiet meditative awareness, which is without judgment, blame or confusion, old patterns and barriers begin to dissolve in the light of self-understanding.
It's helpful too that we acknowledge that in addition to our individual life challenges, we're also living at a time of massive upheaval through-out the world, a time when the Earth itself is in great peril. All of this adds to our sense of conflict, isolation, grief, loneliness or fear. What helps enormously is to be grounded in inner stillness, despite outer circumstances. In that space, we can learn to reconnect with the peace of our own inner being and re-establish a nurturing relationship with ourselves, with others and with the beauty of the natural world.
Bring your questions or concerns, and a willingness to relax, renew and engage with a new way of living. These sessions are offered on a donation basis. If you are currently in therapy, it is recommended that you first consult with your therapist about complementing your healing work with Peaceful Mind and Heart sessions.
